Since almost the start of my art career I’ve had about 3-4 stories I’ve wanted to tell. This is the first of these stories I hope to get out of my head and into your hands. 

 

Relapse and Redemption (R&R) is the story of a man contending with his passions and addictions while traveling a darkening world. It blends tales of the wandering warrior found in classic westerns and samurai films and an old-school medieval fantasy setting filled with swords and sorcery, with an emphasis on the human struggles of its cast. 

 

Fans of Spaghetti-Westerns from the 1970’s-1980’s, the stylized adventures of Samurai Jack (2001-2004, 2017) and Lord Henry Baltimore (2007-2017), and the personal struggles and themes used by C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien may find enjoyment in R&R the same way I have. It’s the kind of story I would have enjoyed in high-school that I could return to as an adult to find new enjoyment as well. 

 

R&R Volume 1 and future volumes are being independently written and drawn by myself. It’s currently still in early development, but you can still get in on the action through my Patreon where I host exclusive production art and updates for anyone willing to throw me a dollar. Once each volume nears completion I also plan to launch crowdfunding campaigns to get physical copies and other exclusive content made for anyone wanting to back my passion project.
